Rebel Blanks™ are premium circular T-shirts made from our proprietary upcycled cotton blend, designed for merch-ready production at scale. Available in lightweight (160–165 GSM), standard (180–185 GSM), and heavyweight (240–250 GSM) options, our blanks can be ordered fully finished or blank-only depending on your production needs.
Each order is built with retail-level quality in mind and can include front and back printing, soft-touch premium inks, woven neck labels, wash-care labels, hangtags, standard stitching, and merch-level quality control. Orders are rolled, boxed for freight, and undergo full QC checks across fabric, colour consistency, shrinkage, and stitching before shipment.
Every project also includes transparent impact reporting outlining water saved, CO₂ reduced, and waste diverted. Additional customization options such as extra print placements, custom hem tags, polybagging, and custom garment dyeing for larger runs are also available.
